We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and the signature brand ribbon intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your garments and place them in the original branded packaging, ensuring all security tags remain attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
